Jeremy Ralph, President

Jeremy Ralph founded PDTi in July of 2004 to address the need for a better collaboration and automation of hardware/software interface development. Prior to this Jeremy worked as a design engineer at Intel and West Bay Semiconductor developing next generation communication ICs, related design / verification methodologies and custom tools.

Aside from PDTi, Jeremy enjoys the ocean and mountains of the West Coast. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia.

Barry Jinks, Business Advisor

Barry Jinks is the President, CEO and Founder of Colligo Networks. Mr. Jinks is a serial entrepreneur who has participated on the founding management teams and boards of directors of several technology startups. Shortly after graduating from university, he joined LSI Logic Corporation, a pioneer in the application specific semiconductor market, as part of the team that spun off the Canadian subsidiary and took it public. Subsequently, Barry led Spectrum Signal Processing, a provider of software reconfigurable and software defined radio (SDR) platforms, to a dominant market position, guiding it from a startup to a NASDAQ and TSE-listed company with 200 employees and $40 million in sales. He left Spectrum in 1999 and founded Colligo Networks in 2000.

Barry holds degrees in Science and Electrical Engineering from UBC, where he won several academic awards. While at Spectrum, he was named Ernst and Young’s 1997 Pacific Region ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ for High Technology. Barry is a member of the World President’s Organization (WPO), the professional engineering association of BC, the board of directors of the BC Technology Industries Association and the board of advisors of the UBC Electrical Engineering Department.

Michael Sanie, Business Advisor

Michael Sanie is an executive with more than 20 years experience in the high technology sector, including senior positions in both EDA and Internet companies located in the Silicon Valley. Most recently he was chief operating officer at Jabbertise, a SaaS Internet advertising startup. Mr. Sanie was VP of marketing and business development at Calypto, which provides verification products for electronic chip designers, and previously held senior leadership and business development roles at Cadence and Numerical Technology (acquired by Synopsys). Mr Sanie began his career as a design automation software developer at VLSI Technology, and subsequently moved into product and strategic marketing positions at Compass, Actel, and Cadence.

Mr. Sanie holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, and MSEE and BSCEE from Purdue University. He is an active member of several board of directors, advisory boards, and non-profits.

Peter Wilson, Business Advisor

Peter Wilson has over 20 years experience in the semiconductor industry. His career includes marketing and sales positions at Philips Electronics and LSI Logic, followed by senior management positions at EDA startup Cadabra Design Automation and home networking specialist Cogency Semiconductor.

In addition to his work in industry, Mr Wilson has contributed as a member of the Board of Directors for Telecommunications Research (TR) Labs and Cogency Technology.

Mr. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Queens University.
